Looks like the tool box is goin back in
For one, when my dad put the tool box in, he didnt put anything between the bed rail and tool box. So i have this pretty diamond tread design all the way to the metal.
So i have some small strips of rubber that im goin to use after i weld the breaks in the bed rails in the front.
In the tool box goes Devils Own Meth tank, my nitrous bottle, and all my tools that are rolling around under my seat and the door pockets.
Thinking about leaving the Long bars on just for the heck of it
Isky Cam, springs, and push rods were delivered Friday.
MPT76 from our boy Kyle.
CircleD 3200 triple disk 10" along with a FLT LVL4 4L80E
Thats goin to be about it for the pewter bullet, hopefully she will hit 11s with ease.
The 93 S-10 is goin to be my DD until i get thru with the Silvy.
Then its getting a 4.8 that i got from 01SlowZ71.
A cam that come from Silver-mod-o 224/227 is goin in the 4.8.
The S-10 came with a 15 gallon fuel cell thats goin to feed a Walbro 255 inline to supply the fuel for the boost. Since the fuel cell has 2 outlets in the sump im goin to run another Walbro 255 inline so the Nitrous kit has a dedicated fuel setup.
Both fuel setups will use the factory GM Fuel filters since they are cheap and obviously they work.
Im thinking about mounting the Fuel cell where the spare tire goes and have it flush mounted thru the bed.
Both nitrous bottles
will go on both sides of the fuel Cell under the bed.
Also goin to do a remote mount on this truck also to keep all the weight i can over the light rear tires. Goin to use the 60mm off the silvy until EvilZ buys it. Then prolly goin to go with a MPT70 unless i can find something cheaper.
Boost is goin to be goin thru a W/A setup similar to the Silverados, except with a much larger Ice Reservoir..
Been talking to a bunch of friends and i think we have came up with a Satin Black paint with some Prostar style Rims. a small tire up front ~195 wide and a 305ish out back
After i figure out a decent rear end for the S-10 i would hope it will go low 11s?
Critique please.... Dont hate on the tool box, its free just have to clean it up since its been sitting down by the shed for 2 or 3 years now.

When we put a 350 in one of my neighbors s10s, we looked at alot of rear end options and the one that kept coming up was a ford 8.8 out of a ranger/explorer. Should be simple to find one with 3.73s and disks aren't out of the question.

i've been lookin at a blazer rear end for my truck with disks. also if you need to use the lift for any reason whatsoever you know you are free to use it just let us know a day or two in advance
and for the s 10s paint you should do silver birch on top with red on bottom and put some boss 335's on it

Sounds like you're gonna have two quick trucks man!!!
We will discuss it further this weekend
slowly but surely mines coming together... Should be done today with everything except cosmetic stuff and maybe fans, these will work but I'd rather have the new fans in for the weekend...

as for the rear end under the s10 i would go w/ a 8.5" from under a blazer, pull-a-part had quite a few a while back for like 150 i believe and gears are plentiful, not to mention they have disk brakes, as for the paint i'd leave it like it is keep the wheels thats on it and put a 27-8/15 slick on the back. we're thinking about paint my s10 pearl white w/ purple flakes so there's an option as well

let me know when ya need me to come help and i'm there! I am anxious to see the diff after the cam swap in the silver bulltet!
