Well, Action Jackson and I got this far with the weekend dirty project.......









........last thing on the list was to take off the crank pulley so the cam would come out. Well, a piece is broken off the inside of the pulley, so our puller wouldn't work. Now we have to come up with a way to get the pulley off. I told action to hook a chain to the pulley and the other end to his truck, but he didn't think that would be a good idea. I think he's just scared of hurting dirty.

Yeah, I'm trading beastmode for a Magic Stick 3 237/242, .603"/.609" 113 lsa. I'm also doing an intake swap to the ls6 intake. It will be down for awhile because I've gotta get the pushrods, springs, and retainers. It should be a nice setup when its done.

its guna lope its *** off! thats the same cam that was in my motor when i got it. sounded AWESOME! just a lil too much cam for my truck lol.

 

what is beastmode gettin for the magic stick?

Bluecajun5.3- Right now I have a truck series 3200 fuddle. I'm going to try it out first, and kinda go from there. I really like this converter, but I'll get it reworked if necessary.

I'm really hoping for some good numbers after the cam/intake swap....especially on the gas.

 

Good luck with the swap and times, better get a bigger stalled converter for that cam, it won't start to pull untill 4800rpms. ahahhaaahaa
