i dont think they are talkin about that, its basically a veritcal intake manifold rather than horizontal, the throttle body would essentially be throwing the air down into the top of the intake instead of straight into the front. this is carb style EFI(the throttle body would be in the same place). not carb converted to EFI.

only way I could make mine work was with a bracket
the holes didnt line up front to back or up and down
maybe its a year thing
