Default fishing

is there many fishermen on here? I'm just curious, I've seen a few people that fish, but most everyone seems to be a hunter.
This weekend we're making a trip down to San Luis pass to get some shark hopefully, maybe go kayak fishing for some reds on the bay side.

My brother and I actually manufacture fishing lures, check sig for link. If anyone wants to go fishing sometime lemme know, i've got the lures and the beer

Do you guy's do any of the sport shows? I really haven't been to any in years but I know there are tons of different vendors selling all types of lures there. If you come up to Chicago I will have to try to meet up with you. I'm more of a muskie guy myself but enjoy all types of fishing! Cool web site by the way.Vince

BASS!!!!! I like saltwater when i can go. I actually went down to San Louis pass here a few months ago and didnt do so hot wade fishing. Check out the Outdoor section of the sister site Seat stays up. Me and Milla (other moderator of the section) were laughing about how dead the sunuva bitch is. We average 1 post every 3 days. Care to fire up any advanced and in depth discussion over there?

I ran Charter boats until 1996. I fished the Carribbean, Atlantic and the Pacific. I had to give it up (professionally) because it's just not profitable enough in N. California where it's too seasonal. I miss it.
We used lures similar to yours (called Scampi's) for Ling Cod or Halibut.

No he makes his own brown stuff when he gets too close to the big ones when they are still alive. Ha ha
I do a lil bit of both. Fresh water and salt water. Also hunt, rabbits, ducks, squirrels, and whatever else that moves. Not really into deer hunting. I'd like to but it's too time consuming with all the other hobbies and **** I have going on.
