What will you have for the shootout.. i see in your sig that you said coming soon to be a stall and a bigger cam... is that going to happen for the shootout, or no?

Should be in. Im planning for the 218/224 cam a 2800 or 3000 stall, shift kit, and some smaller tires. The 32" buckshots just aren't working. Probably get some 2wd sized tires not sure what size yet. Maybe 285/60 or smaller

well, if you go with a higher stall tq verter, plan on getting some sort of drag radial in the 26" area. going from 31" tires to dr's i dropped my et by over 2 tenths.. this was on the stock stall. also, with the stall your gonna need the extra traction that a dr will give you vs the stock size tire. not sure how buckshots hook. not sure if you'll hit 13's but it could be close.

yea, i forgot you were 4wd. try to find you a set of 26" to 28" tall tires. that should help with weight as well as gearing.

Ya i think it'll be close... if you get into the 13's or not. Where are you located? I have some 26.5" dr's that i'm not using bc my tranny is being rebuilt... if your near North georgia than i'd say you can use them.

I'm looking into some spray too, but really want to be in the 13's befors I spray. 12 sec 4x4 would make for some impressive rooster tails
