probably..
Its as wide a stepside bed is - opening is 45"(add another 1" to that for overall length), and about 16-1/2" tall with out the lid closed, add about another 3-4 inches for the lid
it sits out from the cab of the truck 19", with the opening at the top being about 16"
so...
Wide <-> =45"
Hiegth =20" (same as the measurement from the bottom of the bed of the truck to the top of the side rails)
Length = 19" with a 16" opening
