Well, check all the browser options and see if it's anything to do with the browser. Have you tried a different browser to see if it does it also?

I'll send a link to Brains, maybe he has an idea.

Having an older browser that doesn't properly render CSS is usually the culprit for the cut off screens. What version of (gasp) IE or (cheer!!) Firefox are you guys running? Looks like you have some weird skin or something installed on whatever browser it is.
