what are the tires with the best traction for 22s?

 

22's and traction don't go together. Nitto 420's, if anything.

 

Ive hird the bfgoodrich gforce are good but idk

 

I run Nitto 420's and haven't had any issue. They have had better traction then my previous yokahoma tires.

 

power determines all , i have the bfg kdw 305/40/22 in hopes they would work great and im sure they would with a bit less power but yesterday i fried them with a 10 psi launch. i have them at 28 psi iirc . ill be putting them to a test this week. i just bought another set for my e55 for hopes of better traction . one thing i will say is they ride awesome , ive ran lots of tires and id say these are great but they dont last . the nitto isnt as soft but also a great tires and lasts a bit longer . i dont drive my truck alot so i could justify tires that probably wont make 20k miles.

 

I have always wonder why you stayed with the 22's and never went smaller like everyone seems to suggest.

 

ill say that after a bit more tune time with these , tried a 10 psi launch on a pretty sticky asphalt parking lot ( it was hot out 95+) i hardly spun at all . felt to be a 1.6 60ft if i were to guess . we will see how they do tomorrow.

 

I ve seen your vids on YouTube. Looked like you were spinning like crazy on some of those runs.
