Anyone ever converted manual door locks and windows to power?

 

what year truck? On the 03-07c trucks its a pain in the *** if you want to keep it OEM.

 

really, dang...its an 06 and yea i would like to keep it oem...06 excab

 

There's a couple of ways of doing it, hit up gm fullsize there's a few write ups there.

 

I've been wanting to do this too,here in south texas I've heard shops charge 250 and you just have to buy the other doorpanels.. if i ever do it ill post up

 

i work at a dealership so i have access to the programming...did the other dealer tell you what they do? any links to other threads would be greatly appreciated i havent been able to find anything

 

look up my posting on converting to power doors there is a link in there on how to do it not oem ...... I had someone that wanted to do the same thing to his truck he bought the dash harness, bcm, door harnesses,switches, door panels,and regulators . He spent alot of time researching it to know what he needed. between the two of us taking it apart it took about 2 1/2 hours to take it out of my 03 suburban (center console was already removed) and that was all 4 doors because he has a crew cab
