I am very thorough when it comes to adding performance parts but my wallet doesnt follow. I would like to do the L98/LS6 head swap and drop in a camshaft with higher lift and longer duration. But for the time being, I need to find a cold air intake that will fit the 4.8 Liter Supercharged. The throttle body is located on the passenger side rather than the front like most 4.8 or 5.3 liters because of the charger. Anyone know of a kit that can accomodate this setup.

 

I am guessing you have a magna charger. with a cai kit you will only be replacing the stock air filter box and you will reuse the the magna charger air tube.

 

I have an outlaw cold air kit on mine. No complaints on the fit with the supercharger.
