If you want something off the shelf, it's hard to go wrong with Maguire's. Hi-Tech Yellow 26 is awesome and seal it with the NXT Tech 2.0 or the newer Ultimate Wax. GL OP.

Silver birch is a great color that looks good day in, day out, but never really looks all that special waxed up like black or red does

I've clayed, polished, and waxed mine before. The color just doesn't pop. Collinite 845 lasts a long time.

On my silver birch metallic 06 SS, I always used Wolfgang fuzion or the collinite 845. They always seemed to work well. Both are carnuba based waxes which give a deeper and richer shine along with more "depth" as compared to a sealant. The duration is the down side as it doesn't usually last half the time a sealant does. I could wax/wipe my SS in about 15 mins so it was never a big deal to me. As mentioned silver just doesn't have the wow factor like a black or red vehicle though.
