I sold my 2000 Stepside for $6500. It had 4.3L, no power interior, same mods as you minus the 20's.

KBB.com has it at;
Excellent: $4445
Good: $4020
Fair: $3495

In today's economic climate, I would clean it up real good, get it checked by a mechanic and put $5k on the sale sign. Park it by High Schools, colleges, worked good for me when I sold one of my rides about 8 years back.
