Gotta watch that Mr Clean rig... it needs to be changed fairly often. If you don't it won't help the spotting at all. I think the refill filter says it's good for 6 washings. I guess that means like 4 if you're washing a truck and use a lot of water...

White Distilled Vinegar will remove waterspots. Rub on and wash off. But you will have to rewax, cause it will remove the wax too.
