Update on my 68

Well, I'm waiting on everything for my 5/7 drop and the 20's to get in, and decided since I was rebuilding the upper and lower A arms, and steering components, might as well sand the front half of the frame and paint it. This will be saving me time since I'm going to be doing the whole frame and underside of truck, might as well get the front half out of the way. I will have to do the inside of the frame when I pull the motor.

Also got in an argument with the wire wheel on the grinder. If you think I look bad, you should see the grinder! (not even a damn scratch on it
)

My little mishap actually needed stitches, you can't see it in the pic, but there is a huge laceration (to the bone), where my eyebrow starts. The flash from the camera covered it up. Didn't get stitches because my insurance doesn't kick in for another 60 days, so just had the doc clean 'er out and I super glued it shut.

Yep, was wearing safety glasses.
Well, I wasn't using a regular disc wire wheel, it was the cone shaped wire wheel, which are the world's worst about kick backs. It snagged a bracket on the frame, kicked up and hit the steering shaft, then kicked back into my forehead. I couldn't re-enact it if I wanted!
