Is that epoxy primer gloss?? cn you just walk in to a PPG store and pick up a can? $3 aint bad. I think you could spray some penetrating lube and let them sit for a while b/c they get rusted on, you still have to pry them off sometimes.

my bad. stupid me, i was thinking wiper blades. but yes, my arms are chipped.
