Damn I didn't know that Raceline wheels were so cheap. I might try and duplicate that truck except in white and with chrome wheels instead of black and black chrome. I really really like that truck. How does the 2wd and 4wd lowering kit differ? Mine is a 2wd 1500 HD, from what I can see it looks like the suspension is nearly identical

Here is my 08 4wd HD, 22 with 305/45/22 (33in), Lowered with McG's 2/4 kit. Been lowered another inch in front, and 1.5 in back since picture. Do it and you won't regret it.

sky, the racelines were what i was going with, but not quite enough offset if i remember right, takes a ton of bs to tuck on these 8 luggers

The racelines on Fesslers truck were forged, which are no longer in production. The reasonable priced ones are cast, not that it that it matters. You can get them in the correct offset for a 2in drop. I actually ordered the racelines, got them in but prefered the Incubus on the LMM. Will get some pics of the new drop in the next day or so.

I needed the racelines to tuck... no go, same with the Incubus... That's why I opted for the 5 spoke dodge wheels. Only 17" but forged and plenty of BS

Incubus are 8.5 instead of 9 and have a little more BS. You will need to do a little wheel well tweaking on the gmt900, the 800's have a little more room room in the front end. Tire size also effects this quite a bit, I went with 305/45/22 as opposed to the correct 305/40/22, or narrower variations.

I had a 6/8 on a 1500HD (lower body than a 2500HD), no way the 305/40/22 was gonna tuck on that wheel

I am on 305/45/22(32.8 vs 31.4 stock) and I am down 3in, and going down a little more. I have a lot of work done to wheel well liners(heated and reshaped) and inner structure....
