I see you have a Sierra. Too bad since they only make a true HID kit for the silverados (Xenarcs)
The best way to go about it would be to buy an aftermarket HID kit and put them in Denali projectors.
Fog lights I wouldn't know where to start

Just so you know while your shopping, the 4300K bulbs are the brightest, but not the bluest. They now have HID bulbs up to 7000K, which are really blue, but aren't as bright as the the 4300K. the xxxxK has more to do with the the color output than the actual light output.
As for the fogs, go with the the Sylvania X1010 fogs.

I run stage II HIDs in my Suburban - high beams, low beams and a set of 40 Series PIAA lamps that were modified to be HID. Can't miss that truck coming down the road! To bad alot of the aftermarket HID companys have closed. You don't want to go back to regular lights after you drive something with HIDs.

Yes, the color of the light will depend on the color temperature you choose.
I believe 4100k or 4300k is what BMWs, Mercedes, etc. all use on their HID setups. This is the closer to true sunlight than regular halogens which are in the 3000k I believe. The higher you go numerically, the more the color will be apparent.
6-7000k is bluish, 8000k and up is purple.
Here is a graph that shows you. If you've ever worked with cameras whether it be still or video, you already understand the color temp. concept

Notice how true sunlight is around 5500k? On the video cameras I used when we would white balance, true sunlight is 5600k.
I don't know why BMWs, etc. use 4300k, that's a little bit yellower than sunlight. Perhaps it's a different scale. I don't know

i would ditch all that and go all out www.hidtech.com.
they retro fit your housings with HID projectors, for about 700 or so. but it includes everything done ready and plug n play. this is way better than the denali projectors cuz those projectors are meant for halogen beam not HID.
oh and these will only be pure white light. 4100k or 4300k
if thats too much than just go with www.SUVLIGHTS.com for some aftermarket HIDs.
once i have enough cash im gunna go with retro and sell my aftermarket HIDs
