Default Pinstripe Removal

My truck came with pinstriping that the dealer installed, there are two 1/4" thick stripes that start on the front fenders and run all the way down to the bed. What would be the best way to remove this? Pull it up and use adhesive remover?

Pin stripe removal tool, most automotive paint stores and some parts store haver them. its a wheel that you put on a drill, and it buffs it off

That won't hurt the paint at all? I'm a little nervous about it because its black. I'm probably not going to debadge it b/c its a Denali and everything looks good on it except for the pinstriping. I would like to do a chrome or black GMC logo in the grille though, just don't know where to get them from.
Thanks

it wont hurt the paint as long as you dont go phsyco with it. just spin it enough to get the strip off. it wont be hard at all. if you look around there are guys who painted their stock emblems so look for one of em and pm em if ya cant find a thread about it.

Yes it can hurt the paint if you are not careful, if you run it wide open you'll take the clear right off. ask me how i know
