Hey man, that's a good start if you ask me. You already have a nice stance, I would get some rims next. Some 17" Impala SS rims with 275/50/17 tires would look great and fill the wheel wells pretty well with that drop. Next buff the paint out, or pay someone to do it if you don't want to. Polish those oxidized lights, ditch the chrome on the fender lips, and get some smaller mirrors and it will look like a different truck.

where do i get the impala rims?
i need a whole new paint job...

+1 Remove the chrome wheel well trim. I agree the wheel/tire combo looks a little small for your truck and smaller painted mirrors would set it off.

Cool truck though, I bet you could polish out some of those light scratches.

As for polish, you're going to have to try some different products like a clay or polishing compound, polish and wax. The trim is just glued on with a tape like adhesive.
