Not being a dick, I just don't see the point of shelling out $2000 for some nice wheels then getting rid of them for some stock escalade or denali wheels that nobody will know aren't stock. And for all of the guys that reply with comments on those trucks that say, "the truck looks so much better" "it looks great". I hate to tell you but the truck looks stock. Yea, your truck might look nice but it looks stock. this is the show and shine section, not the "look at my stock truck".
looks stock, but its not! thats the point. its a sleeper look. anyways, from my personal experience i had 18's & 20's for a few years and i was ready for a change. simple as that, and im glad i did it.

How bout some machine finish 16x8's that look better than stock and only cost $375 for the set, mounted and balanced? That's how I like to do it.

I purchased my truck last march, and by June, the stock 16's were replaced with 18's, which were then replaced with 20's, and finally the 22's presently on it..all in 3 months, my A.D.D was definitly kicking in...but to be honest, the 22's are a bitch on the performance...might look into some 17" stockers for the track.

I am on my fourth set and thinking about taking them off after only having about two months. First I went with 17" centerlines, then 18" Chrome Southern Comfort wheels(stock on conversion trucks). Didnt really lose anything with those two setups. Then had some escalade wheels, no lose there. I didn't figure the 20s would hurt the power that bad. I have some stock tahoe 20s now which are heavy. I love the look, but honestly I would rather have the power that they take. I am thinking some stock 16 or 17s or maybe a new set of centerlines in 17". I should have kept my first set. People change their minds all the time. I like to refresh the look of my truck from time to time just so I don't get bored with it and trade it in. I should have put all the money I have wasted into the performance side of it, I would be pretty far along by now.
