Post I want to swap 03-06 seats in my 2000

Ok, I know these will physically bolt up. I have both a power driver and passenger seats now so I have the harnesses. I don't care about memory/heat. Will my current harness's hook up to the 03-06's and move them forward and back?

The other question is regarding color. The color of my interior is pewter. I want the 03-06 center console too. Did GM keep my interior color or did they change it?

Thanks!

I just did it in my 2001. I just used the orange as hot to battery with 30 amp fuse and grounded black wire under seat you will see a ground there. You do not have to hookup seat belt connection as lights will not come on if not hooked up.

Did your 2001 have power seats originally? Mine already has power, so I'm assuming I've already got the wires and everything. Just wondering if the connectors are the same or not.

Even if the connectors aren't the same, get a circuit diagram an re-pin the truck's wires into an 03 up connector.

Pete, I have the factory GM service manuals for all '04 trucks. Would this help you? I can take a look next week as I'm out of town right now.

I swapped my cloth interior out of my wife's Yukon for leather. I got the mirrors, door panels, seats, and console. If you get the whole wiring harness it will all plug in and work like it was optioned that way in the beginning. Get all the wiring that running the floor board and when swapping the interior out swap the harness out and plug it up like it was in the donor truck and you will have no issues
