ok on the lower lense there are two socketes one white one orange. get another orange socket (pt # 15306147) and replace it in the place where the white socket goes. (you have to kinda mess w/ it to get to fit but it wil go in.)
so now you WILL NO LONGER have drls because you replaced it w/ the turn signal socket (thats the orange socket) now all you do is cut the wires from the orig. orange socket and conect them to the new wires on the other socket. " leave plenty of space w/ your cut wires" (are you w/ me?) then you conect those so the wires you cut form the orig. socket. so your really just conecting all the colored wires to the same colored wires. blue to blue black to black brown to brown. you can use t taps butt conectores electrical tape ect i used butt conectors.

any questions just ask. should be simple. i hope you understand this tried to break it down best as poss.

Just purchased a 05 Silverado Crew Cab and drove it for the first time last night and noticed the lights "SUCK" when running in highbeams. I have used preset kits on my last couple trucks however after running into this site I found there may be a easier way.

Can anyone verify this will work on a 05 and if so are there any special things I should look for. Thanks

I believe it would be the same as my 04, but use a meter like i said in the bottom of the first post like i said to make sure.

I also have the bulbs for sale in my pic too.

I bought 100 of the diodes on ebay shipped for $4.45!!!!!!!!!!! I'm hookin everyone in town up with them! I had to buy some shrink wrap for the wires too, & it costs a little but well worth it!!
