It is very easy. Just get the bulbs here Super Bright LEDS. You will need six for the gauges. Use the WLED-4 LED bulbs, they work the best. For reference the bulbs are 194s.
Check out my website and click on "mods", I have pics of my denali cluster with blue LEDs.

I didnt say I wasnt interested.. I said save yourself some money and do it yourself.
The dash is easy and you can get the bulbs from superbrightleds.com.
You will have to do 1 of 2 things. Either take the bulbs from superbrightleds.com and bend out the electrical contacts and stick the bulbs in the stock sockets (which is what I did) or I guess there are some clips around someone that will work with the stock setup. Making it work with the stock stuff is easy so Id recomend that.
If you wanna do the a/c or window controls or stuff like that, its more involved, and if anyone has questions on how to do it or which parts to get, feel free to hit me up and ill tell you all my secrets....
I didnt make anything off those LED kits and they are a pain to install... id rather just help that select few that actually care enough to do it.
PS - dont forget LEDs only work 1 way... so before you put everything back together from your install plug in the dash and make sure all bulbs are litt. If some arnt chances are you just need to flip the socket around.

Thanks everyone. MacADaYear, thanks for helping me with my qustions last month. I tried it, and got it to work, but there were big hot spots, so I lost interest. Some day I get back in there and try it again, it is just a big pain in the ***. And I am not very good at soidering.
