Little comparison. Biggest thing with teh LES's I've heard is they can be too light and have minor hot spots, as was pointed out above.

You can also check out www.streetinspiredkustoms.com, they have some gauge light kits and some other cool stuff for trucks too. I got my painted mirror caps from them, they came fast and they look great.

Mine arnt even noticeable, but I think if you did something to spread the light more you would have less "hot spots". Try sanding the tips of the LEDs down flat, that should spread the light at little more... otherwise it really isnt that bad if you do it right.

SO, check it. I ordered my red LEDs from superbrightleds.com per the recommendations here and the gauge clusters on the 03-04's are NOT the same as the older style, they don't use 194 twist-in type bulbs, they actually have like little LEDs soldered to the contol board. So, if you have a 03-04 I wouldn't try it. Just a FYI.
