Ok, half the time it turns on and half the time it doesn't. What's the deal?

 

Is it an Autometer? Check the ground, make sure your o2 sensors are clean. I haven't done this yet and not sure if I want to, but a guy just told me to run isopropal alcohol in the motor to clean them out. But the jury is still out on that. Anyone else heard of this?

The gauge is working fine now. I'm not sure what the problem was.
