Default Temperature with high stall convertor?

For those of you guys that run higher stall torque convertors and have a tranny temp gauge, what temps are your trannys running at? Also, do I need a tranny cooler if I get the higher stall torque convertor? I have the caddy cluster in my truck and it has the built in temp gauge. My tranny never runs over 200F .

I'm running the Yank 3000,don't have a trans. temp. gauge but I would strongly suggest a good cooler.
