So apparently some of you guys don't like someone on this board. That's fine -but keep it to P.Ms if you have to attack.

This is a good thread for all who are interested in doing this, so I want to leave it open. Sorry if your post was edited or deleted, but I know the starter of this thread as well as anyone else reading it benefits the most if it stays on track.

I did this to my "regular" GMC lights, and I put them in the oven set at about 150*-200*. It worked great! It got the glue weak enough so I could just pull the lens off. No cutting or prying. I did the reverse to put it back on. Heated them up until they got guey and clamped them back together until it cooled. No leaks, and that was over a year ago.

I tried the same thing on the corner lenses and it worked! The only problem was that the amber is glued to the clear.
