taking that last point a step further... without changing anything else on your setup, you won't see any additional boost gain by going bigger on the inlet side than the blower can consume. so let's say you metered your blower inlet behind the TB at WOT, max RPM, and were at 1bar (no vacuum) using the 102... then, from the way i understand, porting further to slap on a 108mm TB wouldn't benefit you any more because the blower's already pulling all the air it's capable of.
make sense? so reducing inlet and outlet restriction are both beneficial & both increase efficiency: inlet feeds it what it needs; outlet lets it move through with less effort or heat build-up.

holy cow!! the pics didn't load the first time, so i thought you were talking about porting the lower manifold to the heads.

I put in an order with superchargersonline. After having the injectors cleaned/flowed I should have roughly 1,800 into the entire kit (using a spare pump and exchanger already on hand)
on the way:
HD tensioner
tensioner bracket w/ pullies
intercooler pump harness
intercooler reservoir
5/16 & 3/8 fuel pipes with new o-rings
magnuson steam cross over tubes
supercharger oil
anaerobic rtv
flange bolts
throttle bracket
intake manifold gaskets
J tube O-ring
lid to tub seal
I'm sure I could have saved a ton of money by piecing it all together from several venders, but the convenience of the 1 stop shop was worth it.
on the way:

nah, the case is fine. there are no high spots and I countersunk th holes to prevent any potential sharp edges. I didn't want to call SCOL and waste their time before I was ready to pull the trigger and spend money.

is there a point where i should consider replaceing OEM springs? I dont plan on adding a cam, and dont plan to spin it over 6k. this is the first motor LS engine i've left alone for more than 10k miles LOL.
