Sorry to hear that you got a crappy hood.

**Did you get pics of the hood before you and your dad started working on it?

 

yea, i had ordered a rollpan once and i wasnt paying attention and they sent me a s10 rollpan, (stupid me for not noticing) so I took it to the paintshop, had it painted and then took it to get installed and got a call saying it was the wrong one. the company only told me they'd reimburse me for the actual rollpan and not the painting since i had not checked to see if it'd fit beforehand.

 

well the ECC hood isn't cheap either. i think they're around 600 delivered. but like i said it was great quality. all i had to do was sand and paint.

you should have sent the hood back before working on it. now there's nothing that company can do since you've altered the hood
