Default Billet Grill question...

Does anyone know if any company makes a Billet grill for 2004 Silverado that does NOT sit flush? (i.e. like the factory grill "mesh" that sits a bit farther toward radiator) If so does anyone have any pictures? Thanks

I have a Stull Industries billet grill on my truck and it sets back like you want. I would believe there 2004 grills would be the same.

Snake, I like the way yours looks but the Stull for 03-04 doesnt seem to sit recessed like yours. I believe it has to do with the factory "mesh" and the billet grill has to be attached in front of that. If there was some way to get teh factory "mesh" out I think the billet could take its place.

Are we just talkling a bolt over grill vs one that requires you to cut?

If so, man, they're everywhere including trenz.

snakeoiler,
Where did you get your Stull grille insert from?
It is one of the ones that you need to remove the stock inserts?

I don't remember; either Stylin Concepts or Performance products, I think.

Yes, the grill replaces the stock inserts. Not an overlay.

Lookup the Stull 5317 and see if that's what you like
