Default Is 295/30/22 to small for a stock tahoe

Hello,

I was just offered a set of 22's with 295/30/22's and was wondering if that was too small of a tire for a stock height 04 Tahoe?

Thanks

if you're going with something that low...do the 285-35-22s like I have. Still shorter than stock. Id definitly recommend a drop. Otherwise look at taller tires. The 295-30 is not a good idea, and I dont think anyone makes one with a load rating capable of your trucks weight

285-35-22 on a 2-4 dropped silverado.

i was tyring to go with a 45 but the guy made me get a 50 cause he said that the 45 would make my ride to bumpy.... now that im gonna lower it i really wish i had gotten the 45. if ur gonna lower it go with 45. 30 is just really small.

I've got 305/40-22's on my Yukon with a 3/5 drop. Ride isn't that bad.

Watch those potholes if you're thinking about running 30-series tires on a 22 on a daily driver. Luckily I can bend my billets back, you wont have that luxury with chrome.
