What are my options as far as grill's, Denali Headlights, HIDs, etc?? If I could put the denali grill in I would like to, but I dont know if I am able to. It would match the family's 04 Denali, which is the same color as the truck.

I'm sure they make after market grille's for the HD, but not sure if they have a Denali type for a HD.

 

If the headlamps for your HD are the same as the regular Sierra (I think they are), then you can put the Denali projectors in there and get a nice HID kit to throw in there. Should look good and visibility will be better than stock.

 

The Denali headlights will work, no problems.

The Denali grille/fascia will not. The 03+ Sierras have a different grille and bumper than the 02-down. While a swap isn't impossible, it's a lot harder on the 03+ trucks because the framehorns are different. And I beleive that the brackets for the HD are different than the 1/2 ton trucks.
