Ok everyone so i was just wondering why i got beat...i have a 2003 rcsb with the 5.3 and exhaust and i raced my friends 04 ss 6.0 with exhaust and cai...everwhere I've looked I've heard a rcsb would beat an ss...he only beat by his mirror at least but im still disappointed

 

prob because you dont have enough work done to your 5.3 to beat the ss, if you had a custom tune and maybe a stall or something of that nature you would pull him

 

yea you need more done to the smaller engine to beat the 6.0. a tune should put you ahead of him.

BTW I have a good friend that lives in pampa and works at the prison.

 

He must doesn't know how to drive the SS, should had smoked you more than the mirror

 

i heard from several ppl a reg cab would beat a stock ss...who is your friend

no probs smoking a ss here.... ive ran one numerous times that has a cai and tune, i had stickies on at the track, took him everytime
