I know, nothing special to many people on here, but I'm excited.

I was coming home from college with my buddy and an all black hemi quad cab sport rolls by me. I started trying to see if he wanted to race, but without much luck at first. Then once in a while he would rev at me around corners or weird places where we couldn't race. That went on for 2-3 miles

Then we finally get an open stretch of road and I honked 3 times and he apparently knew what that meant so we both hit it going about 70 mph. I was half a truck behind him at the time and I pulled a full truck on him by 90 then he let off.

He rolls down his window and asks me what I have "It's a stock 5.3L" (not too big of a lie, my truck is nothing special).

So he wants to do a 50 mph punch a big dead spot for my truck. We do it and he beats me by half a truck. ****, oh well.

So I say lets do a 35 punch to 110. We line up and I end up beating the living **** out of him by a good 3-4 trucks.

He drives by giving me the thumbs up.

Here's the thing that made me laugh the most though:
I was weighed down a **** load with:
My 200 pound buddy
175 pound sub box
150 pounds of baseball equipment
50 pound tv
100 pounds of laundry(between me and my buddy)
100 pounds of tools under my 100 pound tonneau

So I was sitting about 750-900 lbs over stock and I still whopped his *** and I was racing on 265/75/16's with 3.42 gears.

Like I said, nothing too special but it made my day to beat my first Hemi. It would have been much worse(for him) if I wasn't weighed down so much.

Im ready to sneak up on one with my cammed 4.8 Congrats on the kill.. nothing like destroying those guys.. The Hemis around here that bad but the Titan guys are and I love destroying them..

oh hell yea I was. Oh and 100 pounds is absolutely no exaggeration.

I want to get these 4.10's I have sitting in my room installed but I can't bring myself to do it with gas being $2.90 a gallon

 

All that extra weight and I bet ya that ram was still heavier then you. Good kill.
