Default They have to stop with the hemi commercials!

I mean, damn, these things are getting more every second. It's really starting to get on my nerves. My friend, a hemi owner, now refers to his truck as "the hemi". Is it me, or are all the hemi owners refering to their trucks as "the hemi". My friend that owns a 94 Dodge Ram is a member of some dodge truck forum. He brought the site up to show me a few things, and we checked out the hemi forum. Unbelievable how many people start their post with "today some guy thought he wanted a piece of the hemi....." Or "the hemi killed a camaro tonight". If I did own a hemi, I would just want to pimp slap anyone that pulled up next to me and quoted one of those gay commercials. Maybe I just see it differently, but the Dodge advertising campaign is just getting rediculous. Everytime a new commercial comes out, it seems the hemi loses .5-.8 seconds off the quarter mile. I mean, these claims of 14 seconds flat are getting quite amusing. Just had to get this out of my system because it seems that everytime I cut on my tv, I see a new hemi commercial. The insanity must stop sometime.

there's always some fad to get caught up in...the hemi, bashing the president because you're a democrat and that's what all the candidates are doing, shaving one eye brow, hammer pants...the list goes on and on and yeah it does get old and annoying.

I ran alongside a RCSB Hemi yesterday in Las Vegas......even with the 20's I outdistanced him by aboiut a truck length from light to light (about 1/4 mile), he gives me ths incredible stare when we stopped at the light like he thought I had a rocket strapped in the bed of my truck or something , when the light turned green I got on it in 4x4...that REALLY suprised him

The Dodge guys just REALLY need to get thier **** together and create a decent aftermarket for the Hemi...then it WILL be something to brag about, until then.....well, Yeah, it's got a Hemi

I can't get'em to try. There's one that I see regularly,he runs the HOV lane with nobody else in the truck daily. They don't enforce it around here apparently,I still consider it passing under the yellow. I talked to him yesterday, telling him I've wanted to race him for months now I just want to kick his ***. I don't think we'll be friends. He refused both offers. Jim
