Default Mmmm....fresh meat

I was cruising through a little 2 lane side road when some kid, maybe 17-18,rolls up in a older Chevy SCSB.I'm thinking ok kid just go by,but no he starts to pace me.By this time I'm up to 40-45 and then he revs a couple times.I couldn't help but laugh but then I forgot that my fogs were off so he possibly thought he was messing w/ a regular F150.After he reved I did the same but made sure he heard the blower. It didn't phase him one bit.The next thing I know he punches it for a sec.Now I'm thinking I might as well show him what the truck will do so I just lay into it w/ OD off.I look over and all I see is his jaw drop as he gets left behind by about 4-5 cars.BTW I shut down at 80.

What gets me with some of the L's is the side exhuast. I raced a buddy here like 7 times. One of them I was on his right with my window down. That was some loud ****.

What don't you get with the side exhaust? It's pretty much like a trademark thing w/ L's.I hit 135 and the blower sounded like it was about to blow sky high.I like it when I punch it going down the road and have people turn to see what they just heard.

Oh I get it. Everyone was just talking about how loud the S/C was and I was commenting how loud their exhaust is when it is aimed right at your ear. Watching an L drive by or race then the S/C really stands out. Being next to one when racing and he starts walking away then all you can hear is exhaust.
