haha no it's cool, sorry if it seemed like I was taking offense. It's hard to have conversations online that challenege one persons views without it seeming hostile sometime. They were not all the same track but I think most of them were at sea level. One guy in a RCSB hemi ram went 14.2 stock but he was at some track in texas that was 3 feet below sea level. Good air pressure I suppose. What's weird though, the fastest hemi rams out there are quad cabs, same with the srt10's. The srt10 may be though because it's an automatic and most people probably can't drive the stick correctly haha.

 

I just like chevy because In my opinion:

They've always looked better than dodge.
Most guys that drive hemi's always talk shiiit about how fast they are.
chevy doesn't put 5.3 on the side like Dodge puts hemi.
interior of dodge trucks looks like cheap plastic to me.
but i'll take an srt10 any time lol just because i like that motor.

 

personally I almost bout a rcsb 5.3 before my ram but I got a way better deal on a new ram. I think my slt interior looks nicer than the chevy stuff though, chevies interior in their trucks has looked dated for a few years.

 

I have the truck Chevy should have built, with the stock LS1 and 4.8 intake and tuning it ran a 14.22 @101 mph bouncing off the top speed limiter the last 50' or so in the only run I got to make. The RC/SB Hemi guys cry foul, I tell them hey, I've got a bone stock 5.7, just like you!
