His fastest 1/4 time is 15.2 and mine is 15.3 my mods at the time were 3.55, open diff, superchips and volant CAI. His mods were, 3.73's, G80 posi, LT headers, cam, torque converter, CAI, exhaust and tune. The guy is really cool and perhaps he will chime in as he is a member on this forum but I just don't see all you guys with a tune and barely anything else beating all these 5.7 liter rams.
Oh don't get the wrong impression, I wasn't ******* on the HEMI Ram's at all. The only reason why I was expecting to win was because of the weight difference between my RCSB and his ECSB (or quad-cab). I've never raced an RCSB HEMI Ram's but I've seen the ones on this site and know they are pretty stout. On the flip side however, I did run a 14.6 with the mods in my sig.

Yeah my post wasn't directed at you and i'm not trying to get hostile, just make a point. Also, me and jeff5.3 (I believe is his name here) did our runs at a track that is at just over 2200ft so if we were at a lower elevation they would be significantly better. Good kill though, your truck sounds pretty nice, I almost bought a rcsb 5.3 instead of my 06 but I got a smokin deal on my 06. You should try and find a hemi RCSB with equal mods. The QC's are a good amount slower than the regular cabs. So the regular cab would be a good race.

Got ya beat, with my new apc filter i'm in the 18's SOLID

On a serious note, I ran a RCSB 2wd Hemi w/Exhaust, CAI, and a Superchips tune with the old 4.8L (which had flows, tune, 4.10's, e-fans, and a 3000 stall) and put 6 on him in a hurry... both of us hooked solid and needless to say both of us were suprised.

There's a vid somewhere of me running a debadged hemi and beating him too.

The ol' 4.8 must've been a ringer

Yes, thats all he did, because we live in Vegas, thats why our times are about a full second behind the rest of you. We are at 2500ft above sea level, so its makes a HUGE difference. My SSS should be running a 14.2 here in Las Vegas, but it will only run a 15.2. It really sucks that we cannot get our full power!

Yeah I know, it really sucks. I see people's times and it makes me angry because most these people are running around sea level and we're up here. I think I may have to make a trip to sacramento raceway some week to see what i run at sea level.

Nice Kill!!, Yes I have a RCSB, I brought it new with 3.92 rear/17inch wheels. It is an ST, cheapo, but runs great for having NO power adders. Just old timey tricks. Yes, I have been beat by furd lightings/Harly Davids, modded deisels, I beat stock ones, than month or two they come back and beat me with their mods. It is all in fun. I beat a MAX E (?) in the 1/8th twice, he beat me twice in 1/4. Yes, my truck falls on its *** when i go into third. Not as bad now since i cut a wire between the pcm and tcm.

Tarinitup has beat me several times with his modded truck. Have friend who i used to beat with his Hemi, he traded that off for a '99? chevy, put ls1 in it and beats me now.

On local tracks here, no other Hemi has beat me! I know one day it will happen.

I plan on going to Lone Star Raceway at Sealy to a truck Shootout in April. Date has not been posted. HOPE to run across some of you there!!
