Basically, according to Moregrip, the increased efficiency with the Magnacharger is found within the design of the housing, as I thought also.

This is true. I never thought my truck would have traction issues being as heavy as it is, especially with the steamrollers on all four corners. However, I can't nail it from anything under 15mph or I just wear down my rear tires.
