I was comen home from the store today and noticed a CTS coming up behind me pretty hard. so I got into it to get an idea of how fast he was going and he was doin bout 90.

I slowed down and let him around me and then he started to back out so i got up next to him and realized it was a guy i know and he was grinnin like you wouldn't believe.

So we are both doing about 80 (my speedo is a lil off right now) and i get into it, I noticed his car jerk and pull forward for about 1 second and then started falling back. I was in 3rd gear and didn't bother dropping to second (good till 100). I don't know if he was giving it all she had but when i hit 100 he was a car back and at 120 i could see that he let out. I'ma try to catch him at the store some day and see if he'll give me another run and to see if he was trying.

1/4 mile time on those is like 15 seconds i think so it's likely he was trying. I guess next time i'll downshift.
