okay Im on the way out of state to pickup my LPP headers on ORY, took the wife with me and was showing out, ran about 5 people or so on the 3hr trip got up to speeds of 125ish i would say. Then got on a stretch of i20, had a ford truck and dodge truck looked to be coming really fast, so the dodge blew the wheels off the ford, so I goes into it, same time telling my wife we got a runner, instantly put about 5 lengths on the dodge, then all of sudden like 100 xmas trees, here came the blue lights from all over... I was like ohh ****, pulled over to the right..

Officer in a silver duranango with hemi, pulls up to the passenger side of my truck, almost on the hill to get right beside my truck window... He was majorly PISSED I cut him off, and ran him. Said I was doing 115 and asked for 1 good reason not to put me in jail and take my license. I gave him several, and agreed with him I was stupid. He kept looking at my truck several times, then asked me where I was heading too, I told him the beach, and he said he was going there too. And he waved his walkie-talkie, and said, If i do 1mph over 70 Im going to get pulled over, cause he is notifying every officer on the way to the beach the description of my truck. That was enuff to put my stomach in a knot and let the wife drive right then and there. No ticket, no jail, just warning. He hauld major *** off after that. Then my wife asks, why do I need LPP headers again for???

Just thought I would share, so people dont be stupid, and be careful. I know Im a aggressive driver who wants to run everyone, but this definitely will slow me down for a while. My wife said he was prob out of jurisdiction, but Im just glad I got off that one. My luck is not someone else. This guy was really mad I put some lengths on him, but hes the law.

 

Unmarked police car, speeding with no lights? You need to turn that in. Just because they are there to enforce, gives NO right to break laws.

Ya I'd turn it in too. I see policemen regularly change lanes with no signals, make illegal U turns, etc. And I'm talking about when they're just cruising, not in a rush to a call or pursuing a suspect.

 

The cop gave you a huge break!!! I wouldn't report anything and thank the Lord.

I hate that ****. I got pulled over a few weeks back for this..

I am cruising down the road in the left lane doing about 70. Sheriff in the HOV lane behind me, about the same speed. All the sudden he jumps out of the HOV, Crosses the border, illegally, no lights/sirens, just didn't want to be stuck behind the bus that was doing to speed limit. I didn't know that at the time...so now he's behind me, having just seen him hop out, I figure he's got some where to go, so I move into the middle lane, making the lady slow down, because she was creeping up my ***. Didn't quite cut her off, but she was moving. Remember, I am still doing 70. He gets behind me again, and now the lights are on. GREAT! I signal, and get off at the next exit, so hes not standing on the 3 feet from speeding cars. He asks me why I cut that lady off? WHAT?!? I thought you had somewhere to go, so I was trying to get out of your way, little did I know you were just driving like an ******* because you can! I left that last part out . Then he says why did you take so long to pull over? WHAT AGAIN?!? I figured you would rather stand here than be on the side of the highway. He ran my license, came back and told me to look before I change lanes. I did, but I figured you were more important than the bitch that was doing at least 85mph. I guess not. What a DICK!!

 

i wouldent report it, even if you due he will get away with it and then rite your *** up for all that other bs! i got pulled over at 100mph in the street ant like 3am , they pulled me over jump out of there car and walked up to my truck , opened the door pulled me out slammed me in the floor hand cuffed me , talked all kinds of **** , then gave me a ticket for tinted windos. i now they did a lot of **** out of the book , but man i was greate full they did not take my truck and drivers license,

Tell me about it, Im not saying that he could not have call it in, and wasted his time and mine and be a *** even if he was out of jurisdiction. It was just like a major reality check for me. He was majorly pissed, and kept yelling 115 dude, 115 dude!!! I just agreed with him, and shut my mouth and banged my head a few times. He also threatened to take my wife license cause she let me drive that stupidly. So she smiled at him like yeah right (she is from NYC); then he gave us his warnings and hauled ****!!! The entire trip we laughed about the incident, but she was the one who pointed out he was pissed we walked him and he was ******* with us.

I see it clearer now, Im not all panic-ed.

 

I had an unmarked car on my bumper a few years back and I nailed it and hit 120 before getting lighted, I told him I sped because some weirdo was on my *** and I felt unsafe. He let me go too ..

 

How does everyone get in so many races? Nobody ever tries to race me in my truck (RCSB). Maybe because it's all stock and it looks it.

I guess I'm lucky because I'd probably fry the 4L60e and get a ticket or something.
