Welp, swapped to another throttle body...no change. Put in rear O2s...no change. Messed with O2 DTC settings...no change. Anybody want to buy a piece of **** truck?

Try swappin out the Map sensor? I had a similar prob, when coming out of boost my sifts would jump like that when coming to a stop. I would have to let the truck sit for a min or five then restart it and it was fine... So until I feel like messing with it again I will keep using my 1 bar map....

If I knew for sure someone other than myself could figure out this mess, I'd consider paying them to do it lol. I'm pretty good at diagnosis though, and I really don't have a clue. This seems one of those problems that takes so long to figure out that you forget all the things you've already ruled out.

Nope thats what threw me off, so I went through process of elimination, swapped back to a 87mm tb, checked for vacuum leaks ect, then swapped out the map, not a prob sense, even got to put the 90mm back on. I've got a stock throttle body to try on it, just to see if it has anything to do with the x link. If I can snag another of the same MAP sensor I will. Maybe borrow one. I'll let the truck sit before I mindlessly throw money at it though.
