Try swappin out the Map sensor? I had a similar prob, when coming out of boost my sifts would jump like that when coming to a stop. I would have to let the truck sit for a min or five then restart it and it was fine... So until I feel like messing with it again I will keep using my 1 bar map....

Any codes or other issues associated with that problem?

If I knew for sure someone other than myself could figure out this mess, I'd consider paying them to do it lol. I'm pretty good at diagnosis though, and I really don't have a clue. This seems one of those problems that takes so long to figure out that you forget all the things you've already ruled out.

Nope thats what threw me off, so I went through process of elimination, swapped back to a 87mm tb, checked for vacuum leaks ect, then swapped out the map, not a prob sense, even got to put the 90mm back on. It was very frustrating too, even got a log of it once and nothing jumped out at me. The only thing that didnt cross my mind at the time was to log voltage and see what it did. Maybe something screwy there threw off the reading? Just thinking out loud now.

I've got a stock throttle body to try on it, just to see if it has anything to do with the x link. If I can snag another of the same MAP sensor I will. Maybe borrow one. I'll let the truck sit before I mindlessly throw money at it though.

Wasn't the throttle body. Swapped a stock one in and the problem remains.
