So this is the crap I have been trying to figure out lately. Been DD'ing the truck to try to get my head around it, but nothing so far...

The injectors are out of control... It would seem that this tends to happen above 1.20g/cyl, as that's when it really freaks out. There's got to be some odd torque management setting or a hidden code that I missed.

Yeah, I have literally combed that forum for all word combinations that might lead me to an answer lol. Found a handful of vehicles with very similar issues, both NA and boosted, but none of them have been solved.

Julien was throwing some ideas at me last night and I've been looking harder at the throttle body. In one of my logs, I noticed this...

That's with my foot planted to the floor. Bear in mind I did change the graph scale to read from 90-100 instead of 0-100 to really bring out that jagged throttle position readout. I've never seen that before, and I know it shouldn't be happening lol. That's not to mention that the throttle never goes to 100%. Most often 98%, sometimes 99%. I am wondering if this has something to do with it.

Just the ol 87mm NNBS one. I have a spare that I'm going to try out. Might as well give it a shot.

Yeah, I will. still wonder if it might be the x-link...

Its a shame, this truck is literally ready for kill mode, e85, nitrous, etc. Just doesn't want to behave itself :/

As soon as you iron it out, its going to be crazy. How much boost are you going to run through it?

Eventually...as much as it'll take. I'll be giving it 25psi or so in the meantime while I locate a replacement engine.
