So I ended up swapping the wiring back to just the normal 80e conversion, added the front speed sensor, and set the tune to a 4L80e. So its shifting now, and pretty violently... Going to have to add some torque management to the low torque areas because its just vicious And the converter keeps trying to engage as soon as I hit 2nd gear for some reason, unless I command the converter off in the HPT controls.

Despite it not being completely perfect, I am happy with the progress now

Make sure you change the force motor current table to one from an 80e, not the orginal 60e.

It was, that worked fine. The torque converter wants to lock up right after shifting to 2nd though... I have to command TCC PWM off in order to get anything done lol. Not sure whats up with that..

By the way, these turbos are absolutely silent. Never heard such quiet turbos. Here's brake stalling on 6psi:

And neutral on the 2 step...watch for the flame

Wow they aren't quite, they are silent. Even more of a sleeper.

I didn't think that trans drop down box was new. I swear it has been there for a long time and i bet you still need a segment swap..

Well, would you look at that ****!!

I just checked and I have those tables too, and never tried them. I thought the segment swap was still needed. Thanks!
