this would be my project that started off as a little rust repair turned in to a huge project.
started off as a 88 1/2 4x4 with rust and more rust. we put big patch panels in the box way to big. put cab corners rockers bought new fenders, stole doors off a buddies truck that was wrecked took seats out of it.
sand blasted most of the frame other then the spot with the under coat stuck pretty good. Put all new brake ball joints tie rod ends. pretty much if it was a wearable part it got new put on.

then I bought a donor truck which was a 1999 chevy 3/4 ton. took motor tranny transfercase out of it plus wiring harness 1000 dollar donor truck seamed good at time. started to take wiring harness out to find out the mice ate pretty much all wires off main fuse block I was not to happy about

motor wise I tore it apart thinking simple rebuild east done nope. needed bored I was getting happier by the day so it got bored balanced the works done.

then I bought a set of heads off a member on here I belive they were ported 5.3 heads from tsp. bought esp cam off a member I belive specs were 218/222 113+2 596/597 I look that up to have to find card. then I got a 2800 stall from member here for a 4l80e.

so far the cab is on frame beds on and about it. I have motor that needs put togeather but im in the process of movie for the first time so lots of stuff to do till I get to start working on it again.

I have a lot more pictures but some reason they wont upload right now so ill try and that fixed and show my new wheels off my morel street lifters.

some day this will get done when who know needa find a intake and injectors since mine where junk I found out.

this was after we cut the in box sides out had little rusting problem. used 20 gauge sheet metal rolled beads in it bent it up.

the box has more bed liner in it this anything we have ever seen its go it in the box on the bottom. while it was all cut apart we cleaned up the inside of the outer box eypoxed it and bed lined it also lots of work in to the box for it to just seat have people lean on it. the right hand side now has dent it from where everyone thought they could lay up agaist it which really made us mad but where playing on putting a short box on it and shorting the frame plus boxing the rear half of it shes pretty flexible way to flexible
