Installing new crank timing gear, and oil pump gear, no pictures of pulling old one off, needed all 4 of my hands to get it off with the cheap orileys puller

All hooked up, dont need a double roller adjustable timing set for what this motor is, maybe 400 horse if im lucky, next year when i can justify the expense of a turbo or two, at which point it will need more reliable and adjustable timing. Or so i told myself when i bought it. No idea what tuning software is capable of.

That's it for tonight, 6 hours of work with plenty of trips to the store and smoke breaks. Could have done it alot faster but really took my time since this is my first ls build. Tomorrow will be the cam, maybe the heads, not sure yet

Didn't do anything today, thought I had bought a block plug kit, apperently I just thought about buying one, so I'll go pick it up from the parts store tomorrow morning and hopefully get the long block finished

Plugs installed yay, had to spend 26 dollars on a stupid 17mm allen wrench for the water drain plug, so retarded.
