This is all the way forward on the dirty dingo mounts. Put the tranny right back in the same location but i might unbolt it tomorrow and slide it back further, ive only got 1 3/4 inch yoke engagement. My buddy pulled it so i dont know if thats how it was but makes me nervous.

Id like at least 2.5 inches of engagement on the driveshaft yoke.

Not yet I've got to figure out my shift linkage the 89 700r4 bracket doesn't get along with the 2001 4l60e it hits the gear indicator. So I need to Google that because I don't have 300 bucks for a new floor shifter.

I also have to wire the whole mess. I've got a guy coming over tomorrow to look at it and either tell me how to do it or if I can convince him to take 100 bucks get him to wire it for me. Also need a new throttle cable. Was hoping mine would be long enough but it isn't. Tempted to flip the intake like a cheap turbo build but I hate the way it looks and I think ca blessing Can be had for like 20 bucks from gm or 5 from the junk yard.

Any idea on the shift linkage without switching to a aftermarket floor shifter?
