Could use some insight or help with these fuel rails the new Injectors are way taller than the old ones not sure how to secure the rail. Debating stacking washers but that's so ghetto. Anyone have an idea?

I just got the same headers for my LS swap, how do you plan on running the exhaust?

Planning on mig welding 3 inch collectors on the headers, run a 2 or 4 foot section of pipe into dual 3 inch Flowmaster 40s tacking some hangers and calling it good since I want to add a turbo in the future not going to spend the money running it out the back.

If I ever get around to buying a fuel cell and installing it in between the frame rails in the rear I might 45 degree turn and have them side exit

Dont try this at home lol. Long as we dont have an earthquake in the next week shes good. I pushed from all 4 sides and it didnt budge but id recommend leaving it on the stand. I needed it like this so i can reloom my harness the guy i paid did a horrible job and it lays out all weird

I already have a 3" exhaust into a Magnaflow, I'm thinking of welding on 3" collectors and building a y-pipe into my existing exhaust. I should have the motor together this weekend then hopefully can get it in the truck in the next couple weeks.

See if you can find some nylon rod or plastic rod, then cut them to the length you need and drill a hole in the middle to allow the bolt to go through.

It's a far better solution than stacking washers.
