A build can easily get over done and look it..and IMO if it looks it then you have gone to far...Dave has ppushed the limits but IMO is along ways from going to far....Daves truck is extremely clean in every aspect of it...It has a ton of mods done to it but to me what makes that truck truly a joy to look at is the fact it has very clean lines and the attention to detail.

Dave your truck truly is slick and IMO you cant build a truck any cleaner. You have worked your *** off for it and it shows. I have seen trucks with a lot less money in them just look like *** because it was money spent in the wrong areas.

That is so far from the case here. You have thought of everything. I never thought that would be possible..lol

HAHAHA uh... thanks? Why didnt you think it would be possible?? I like CLEAN builds... just wait till you see the pics i post this weekend... every hose/wire/etc is going to be covered in nylon braided sleeving - black. Also got the stereo system and center console planned out...

BAD NEWS TODAY -

After 3 weeks of machining, fitting, spacers, the works, the BLUE MEZERIE EWP will not be possible, whatsoever. We got the correct spacing for it, but the bracket for the idlers and tensioner isnt going to work out. The top techs and magnacharger did everything they could to try and make it work, but it isnt possible. Thats ok, Im having my stock pump polished and cleared along with the 10 rib pulley.

It was meant as a compliment. I did not think anyone could think of all the details you have and be able to turn around and improve on them.

Uhhhg. That sucks man. The anodized blue really sets off the blower nicely. It completes the blue "frame" around the blower with the valve covers.

Oh well, there is always some give and take. I am sure the final product will be just as amazing to look at.

damn, that sucks about the EWP, that thing was badass. Id definetly look into keeping the stock one the blue color as well. I think it adds alot of flair to the engine compartment.

dave i think that picture is amazing . what wouldnt work with the pump if you dont mind me asking?

also you can polish and coat the stock one, most of them but not all truck ones can be pressed apart, the ones with the freeze plug on the back are harder than ones that have bolt on rear covers.

Brackets wouldnt fit, we had to do much machining and when it would finally fit we had less than 1/2 inch holding it together... no good.

I had a bitch of a time taking the pulley off, yes I had the one with the pressed on freeze plug but we still got it off. It got sent off today to get polished and cleared.

I should have it back on Monday... i sent the mezeire back.
