hahaha thats a ******* great answer, sorry Im taking that one...

yea but for 95% of the people on the internet I have gotten a lot of compliments, and that is always appreciated. Not too many people get extreme with trucks like they do with classic cars and exotics, so I am trying my best to "represent" (Ali G voice) for the truck guys. And dont kid yourself, most typical custom car guys dont understand why we do so much to our trucks... **** 'em (my voice) lol

There is alot of things to say based on the discussion of opinioins. I say build the truck as you would have ordered it that way from GM if you could have. A Silverado 1500 lowered a bit with a 7.0L and a TVS2300 with a 4L80E in fully drivable form is what you'd have picked and that is just what you've built. Job well done. I can only hope for you that everything works out as planned so you can drive the wheels off it and enjoy the truck like you deserve. You put alot of work into that truck. Some don't understand that even the work you didn't do to it you had to pay for. In order to pay for it, you had to work. That truck represents countless hours of work. This is why building what you want is so important. When you go to work and come home at the end of a long day you can just look at your truck and say "that's why I went to work"...
